  • A person having a plumbing license – you, your partner, or your employee.
  • Certificate of Insurance – Per occurrence: $100,000 general liability, $300,000 bodily injury, $50,000 property damage, and $500,000 workers’ compensation.

  • A surety/indemnification bond of $20,000 or a letter of credit in the same amount.
