3. Master plumber license application

  • To become a licensed master plumber, an applicant must provide the following documents to the department:
    • A properly filled out master plumber application in Form PLB-1.
    • Proof of successfully clearing the Kentucky journeyman licensing exam by scoring a minimum of 80% in each section of the exam.
